Raja Yoga ~
Known as the Royal Path, Raja Yoga is a precision path toward refinement of being. Through disciplined practice, meditation, asana (postures to align and purity the body), pranayama (breath awareness), merge into the universal flow and discover the reservoir of stillness and infinite grace within.
Beginner Yoga ~
Whether brand new to yoga, or looking to solidify your foundation, this beginner’s series covers the basics of steady alignment, free fluid breath, single pointed focus, play, and internal freedom. Learn how to remain peaceful and relaxed internally while strengthening and stretching the body. Open to the powerful potential of this practice, access greater inner guidance, and in joy! Great for beginners or anyone who wants a stronger foundation.
Meditation ~
When the mirror of the mind is clear, we begin to see things as they really are. Learn the skills to quiet the mind and enter the luminous heart. Touring the energetic body, we understand more fully the perfection of our design. Relax deeply, and experience the healing waters and wisdom of stillness. Includes some gentle asana, pranayama, discussion, and chanting.
Nada Yoga ~
Meditation is spontaneous with a single-pointed and focused mind. One way to deep meditation is through Nada Yoga, union with sound. We easily become absorbed into sound vibration, and experience that directly. When we apply the understanding that everything is vibration, union with sound is union with all that is. Through deepening our willingness to listen we can attune more fully to the ever present vibration of peace.
Interfaith Services:
Union/Wedding Ceremonies ~ This session culminates with the marriage ceremony of your grandest dreams. Designed specifically for you and your Beloved from an interfaith perspective, we will plan a ritual to set your hearts aflame, and unite the path of your souls.
Memorial Service ~ A funeral to honor transition of your loved one, the grieving process, and the opportunity for awakening to receive the renewed gift of life.
Naming Ceremony/Blessing ~ Welcome your baby with blessings and festivity!
Innovative Ceremony Sessions: Ceremony offers a possibility to move beyond ourselves; to create such a possibility I will work with you to design a ritual to fit your specific needs.
